Throughout this site you will see a wide variety of photographs of “flowers and figs.”  Each day, year round I take photographs of the fig tree that grows in the yard outside my door.  I, having studied botany and horticulture, find the lifecycles of plants and their relationship to the animal life around them quite fascinating.  Additionally, I take photographs of flowers each day and so you will see many images of both flowers and figs posted here frequently.  I hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I enjoy taking them.
